The labour market is increasingly demanding in the evaluation of young candidates. High competition has led to situations in which students accumulate degrees, masters, courses... with the intent to get a job according to your expectations. The difficulties of the market have lengthened the student life of young people to neglect the Nonformal Education, ignoring the voice of human resources technicians and the authoritative voices of the company. Experts calling for young people more trained, more prepared for working life, understood as the acquisition of competencies, skills and abilities affecting economic benefits for their businesses. Sharpen your skills, brighten your careerr! It will be a training course which will be held from 2 to 7 may 2015, in the city of Santiago de Compostela (A Coruña) and which will be attended by 38 participants from 16 entities and which will represent entities of Bulgaria, France, Hungary, Spain, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Russia, Ukraine, Estonia, Portugal, Italy and Armenia. The training course pivot around the acquisition of theoretical-practical knowledge in the lathe to known as soft skills. Specifically the following will work: -Communication skills: ICT and social networks, speech/speech/intervention, expressiveness, empathy or improvisation -Skills: strategic planning, critical thinking, synthesis and analysis, coordination and monitoring capacity -Branding skills: creativity, image, message, motivation, computer skills. -Leadership skills: teamwork, division of tasks and prioritization, emotional intelligence and decision making, conflict resolution, self-control. The methodology will be eminently non-formal and informal and will seek the motivation and interest of young people through the facilitation of knowledge by a group of trainers. It will reverse the traditional role of education, seeking the involvement of participants from the first moment, bind in the development of the same. The impact on the participants will be immediate and will improve their chances of access to the labour market through job according to their education, preparing them to respond to the demands of their employers. The project envisages the creation of a platform that allows to keep updated the participants on the skills, abilities and competencies developed.
