“Sharing experiences in different realities of youth work” is a project that is about job shadowing in the German NGO Roter Baum in Berlin and partner organization Center E8 in Belgrade. During the 16 months project actions implementations organizations will exchange 8 youth workers, organizational staff, educators, pedagogues. Both organisations are partners for few years and want to continue their cooperation with this project. The participants want to take part in this project to expand their skills and knowledge about youth work and the organisation and structure of another NGO. During the one month each action lasting during the project project they will take part in the organisation and will learn about their work and organisation. They will also develop an own project which will implemented after his/her return to Germany/Serbia. The main goals of this project are to gain skills and knowledge about the work in NGOs and to develop ideas for own projects in the future. Also important will be to connect EU and non EU-countries since the partner organization at this project is located in a non EU country. So the participants are also motivated to start a dialogue between the countries to exchange culture, language, practices and knowledge. Through job shadowing the participants will be able to implement their skills and knowledge about their work, develop personally by experiencing international dimension of the project. To reach aims of the projects there will be used non formal, learning by doing, case study methods and the watching/experiencing as a method itself. To show already acquired skills and knowledge they will do a presentation of the Erasmus plus programme and they will inform young people about the possibilities in this programme. To share experiences during the project the participant will write posts in Social Media. To disseminate the project results after it's finished they will organize small events in her local NGO to share results of the project and to promote the Erasmus plus programme among young people in Germany/Serbia. The Youthpass will be the certificate they will receive after the project action implementation to document the gained skills, knowledge and key competences. The expected main results are the continuation of dialogue, exchange and cooperation between NGOs of an EU and a non EU country and an individual expansion of skills and knowledge that can be used for the work in the local NGO of the participant.
