This project is included in an other big project : "Euro Foot 2016", that is the reason why we host actually in the Gard and Hérault "Department" 8 EVS and 5 french volunteers. This volunteers work in team in each territory to sensibilize about the dimensions of sport and the european dimension. The main aim is given the opportunity to the 5 french volunteers to do an Job shadowing/observation period abroad in organisation active in the youth field. - A1 : Association Juvenil Peniche au Portugal during 19 days in August, principally about following of EVS and activity for young people during free time. - A2 : Associazone Cultural Link en Italie during 19 days in July/August, principally about access to mobility for local young people and artistics/sports workshops. - A3 : Organisation Xena en Italie during 19 days in July, principally about following of EVS, patnership action for youth project and youht information. - A4 : American School of Transylvania during 19 days in July, principally about summer camps for young people. - A5 : Organisation Mosaic during 19 days in July, principally about expression and artistics workshops for young people. Method used : During the first days the particpant will observe, after particpating observation and at the end realization of activities. This project will impact the particpant and the orgnisations (hosting and partipant's organisation) because they will learn new competencies and share their tools. The results of the project have to give the opportunity to others youth workers in mobility, and share practices between european youth worker.
