Shape your future is an educational format that will be realized during 12 months (August 2014 – August 2015). The project will directly involve over 25 youngsters (18-25 years old) and 20 youth workers coming from 5 partner youth organizations located in Bulgaria, Italy, Czech Republic, Germany and Sweden. The project will be focused on the empowerment of youngsters in order to motivate them to create their own professional future. During the project we foreseen to realized the following activities: 1) a training course for youth workers about creativity and entrepreneurship that will be realized in Palermo, Italy in November 2014 2) a youth exchange focused on the professional orientation of the youngsters (with specific attention to the ones out of universities and vocational education courses) that will be realized in Sofia, Bulgaria in April 2015 The project foreseen also the realization of a virtual platform where both the youth and the youth workers could exchange educational materials and contents such as video-interviews with counsellors and professional coaches, successful stories of youngsters that have developed a creative job, project proposals to be realized during the next meetings, etc. Thanks to the platform and the support of the youth workers, the project aims to stimulate the participants to find a creative answer to their employability and to take the initiative, together with other youngsters of the same age living in different countries. By the realization of Shape your future and the feedbacks of the young participants and the youth workers involved, the partner organizations will evaluate the feasibility of a large scale project, that will create an educational open resource focused on creativity and young entrepreneurship to be realize in the next two years.
