Shake up Europe 2015 is a 4 days training seminar taking place in Brussels in September 2015 dedicated to youth workers from youth organisations active in the field of European citizenship. Supported by the association Babel International and gathering 44 participants stemming from 10 countries in Europe, Shake up Europe 2015 will propose innovative methods of training based on non-formal education to develop professional skills for participants in the field of European project management, fundraising, and communications. Thanks to the cultural diversity of the participants and organisations, participants will also develop interpersonal and intercultural skills, practicing foreign languages and getting to know other Europeans. Not only will they gain skills that they will value professionally, but also they will transfer them in their local organisations.
