The over all aim of the international training course project, which will be held on 06-14 April 2016 in Istanbul Turkey under the frame of Erasmus+ KA1 Mobility of Youth Workers, is to increase the capacity of European Youth Workers on Self-Directed Learning Approach and by this way to increase the quality and efficiency of the youth works for drop our problem.Project brought youth workers together from Turkey, Estonia, Slovenia, Greece, Lithuania and Malta.The youth workers (participants), who got a training course on self-directed learning approach, is going to later on realize local training courses for the local youngsters who are under the risk of drop out.
