Selbstorganisiertes Lernen aus der europäischen Perspektive
Start date: Jul 1, 2014, End date: Jun 30, 2016 PROJECT  FINISHED

The two year project will focus on self-organised learning and is aimed to support the future development of the school by helping to collect new ideas. The future development of the school was triggered by the imput of the school inspection and is aimed at keeping early school leavers. We have often experienced our limits when trying to introduce and teach self-organised learning. According to our short time of experience individualised learning and e- learning are important elements of successful self-organised learning. We expect a significant increase in knowledge in this field due to the mobilities. Three teachers with different subjects will be job shadowing at different schools (Austria, Italy, France). They will collect new ideas and play an important role in implemanting self-organised learning at our school. Furthermore one training (Spain) for indivisualised learning and one conference with the focus on the digital school of the future (Norway) will help to introduce new methods and techniques at our school. Teams which work on the implemantation of self-organised learning have been formed at our school. These teams will test the new ideas and methods so they can later be used by the whole school. In addition we hope that the mobilities will help to support our work as a European school and strenghten and extend our partnerships.
