The project involves Vocational Food Service School in Rzeszów and TELLUS LIMITED company - a subsidiary in Greece. The project plans a trip to a foreign internship to Athens two groups of 14 students, who are learning in the profession technician of nutrition and food services with an attendant. The foreign internship will be performed for one month (30 days) on the following dates time: First group from 2nd April 2016 to 1st May 2016. Second group from 1st October 2016 to 30 th October 2016. The practice will be implemented in seven catering companies. In every company, there will work two students. Nutrition and food service technician is a very attractive field of study for young people. Each student is equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to work as a cook and a waiter. Gastronomical labor market is still open for good professionals. It is very easy to find a job in gastronomy. There are jobs in the country and abroad constantly available. The overall objective of the project is to increase the international mobility of young people, to improve professional, personal, intercultural (cross-cultural) and language competence, to acquire new theoretical knowledge and to increase the theoretical and practical experience in the profession nutrition and catering services technician. The basic objectives of the internship is to prepare participants to live in conditions of the modern world, to ease the professional work and an active role in the changing labor market, to meet the expectations of employers in connection with the development of the foodservice industry, learn new techniques and technologies, learning the secrets of Greek cuisine drafting skills food and beverage, catering production organization, planning and implementation of catering services, learning a new culture, taking responsibility for one's own level of education and belief in their own abilities. The curriculum is an integral part of the training and is a continuation of the school curriculum in the profession nutrition and catering services technician. The project is designed to show participants how attractive can be vocational training, and also indicate the importance of mobility, through which young people can raise their professional skills, and thus its attractiveness in the labor market for potential employers. The project also aims to combine theory with practice, that is, learning in the Greek catering companies, to strengthen the links between the world of education and work, intercultural education, and encouraging learning throughout life. Internship in fact creates the opportunity to learn the real environment to work in another country and another culture. The strategic objectives of youth participation in the project are to increase their attractiveness as a potential employee profile adapted to the standards and requirements of the European labor market, develop practical arrangements for the implementation of the program in terms of the content of the training, a comparison of the skills acquired in the course of professional practice in the country with acquired during training abroad. Expected hard results are to get the Europass Mobility and certificates confirming the holding of practice, and thus obtain additional qualifications, enhance the attractiveness of the participants at the local, national and European labor market, improving communication skills in English and Greek language learning, the development of key competencies under the implementation of the core curriculum. Expected soft results are awakening students' curiosity, openness to others, to increase confidence in dealing with future employers and clients, skills development cooperation in multicultural and multinational teams, developing entrepreneurial attitudes. Participation in the internship will help students in shaping their European awareness and teach attitude of acceptance and tolerance towards people of other nationalities. The expected results of the implementation of international practice is to develop the students' specific learning outcomes in the form of new powers, new knowledge, new skills, linguistic, cultural, and interpersonal.
