Seeds of inclusion is a project of social agriculture that provides youth workers tools and methodologies aimed at improving the social and professional inclusion of people in condition of disadvantage. Through training young workers will learn effective tools and actions against the raising of the quality of life, social inclusion and employment of people with low bargaining, skills and entrepreneurial opportunities in the field of social agriculture. The youth exchange is a moment of encounter, reflection and cooperation on issues of sustainable development, acceptance of differences, accompanied by creative workshops and green outdoor activities. The project promotes the employability of both the participants themselves, both the actions of intermediaries between them and the weaker sectors of society. The exchange of good practices and the creation of networks paves the way for the spread of replicative mechanisms to spearhead innovative social as that of social agriculture. The project aims to respond to social needs, ancient and emerging, in an innovative way, transforming the participating organizations and, for relapse, the entire community, in fertile laboratory for social innovation.The project is the bearer of innovation as it introduces new cultural patterns in these three areas and to further aspects:- social agriculture allows you to reread the multifunctional role of agriculture in terms of greater responsibility towards society, offering new job opportunities to the people involved and at the same time ensuring the ability of rural-oriented development also from the ethical dimension, thus helping to improve their reputation;- the proposal to offer places and contexts of social inclusion, welfare, rehabilitation, therefore, places not medicalized for the social-work allows to redesign a European and extra-European values and characteristics completely different from the past, with a broad vision.The nature of the project is likely to enhance European cooperation as partners involved will exchange and discuss best practices in the employment of people with low bargaining, sustainable development and social inclusion through agriculture. Seeds of inclusion aims to provide further forms of increasing awareness regarding the way the Europeans can build a new model of social development, labor and the environment that looks to the future, suggesting to institutions and companies different opportunities for growth and job creation of work.
