PARTICIPANTS :Public: Trainees in vocational schoolNumber of pupil concerned: 13 (for the 2 years) + an accompanying adult (for each period)Level : Baccalauréat Professionnel Commerce (2nd year of 3)Age: All the trainees are minors (16-17 years old)CONTEXT :This project form part of the European Class in spanish of the Lycée des Métiers Marie Le Franc of Lorient (Morbihan). The pupils who want to make a training period in Spain can do it during the second year of the Baccalauréat cycle. The aim is to offer them the opportunity to make a training period in a foreign with the possibility to have an "Europass mobility".ACTIVITIES DURING THE TRAINING PERIOD :Les activities of the trainees are those of the frame of the Baccalauréat Professionnel Commerce. A planning is established befor with the companies.COMPANIES RECEIVING THE TRAINEES :* DECATHLON ;* C&A ;* ALCAMPO ;* SPRINGFIELD;* NOVALBOS.With those different companies, we can offer our pupils a varied range of training periods (Traditional shops, supermarket and specialized supermarket).AIM AND RESULTS :Partnership with the companies:The aim is to perpetuate the relationship with those companies in order to send every years pupils of the lycée Marie Le Franc. The trainees always come back very happy and speak to the other pupils so that we have every year between 5 and 10 volunteers for training period in Spain. So, it is important for us to have a good relationship with those companies.Aim for the trainees :For the trainees, the aim is the acquisition of profesionnal skills during the training period. They will also learn others way of working, they will know an other culture... and it will be an advantage for them in their future profesional life. It will proove they are autonomous and resourceful persons. on the top of that, this mobility will be recognized by an "Europass".SCHEDULE OF WORK (The same for the two years) :* September : Registration of the volunteers for the training periods in foreign companies.* September - december: préparation of the january visit in Galicia. Arranging of the appointment with the companies (by phone or e-mail) to meet the responsibles and make sure they will accept new trainees, Search of accomodation solutions for the trainees...* September - may : Business class in spanish with Monsieur Oyaux.- linguistic préparation to work as a shop assistant in Spain;- preparation of the training periods with the pupils (trip, administrative and bank formalities, ...).* January : Visit to prepare the training periods (financed by the lycée Marie Le Franc).meeting with the companies, search of accomodation solutions...* Febuary/march : mobility project Erasmus +.* May - june : Travel with all the pupils in Galicia. Discovering for the trainees of their new environment. Presentation of the trainees in their company.* June : Training periods.* September year + 1 :- Writing by the trainees of a training period report in spanish : Activities in the company, profesional and linguistic knowledges ... ;- request for the Europass Mobility;
