The new knowledge became part of the seminars organized by the IAPS, in order to be disseminated to the students of IAPS. The new knowledges facilitated the work with the groups of the 'Popular School of Psychology”. The improvement of educational & training skills of staff helped prevent conflicts and cope with differences arising in the group process and ensure action commitments.
The new practices strengthened the internal function of IAPS and contributed for the development of the organization as a useful business skill. These mobility actions constituted the starting point for the creation of partnerships at European level with a focus on innovative practices. The project enabled the strengthening of its European orientation of the IAPS, by creating a network of contacts for further exchange in training. It also contributed to the planning and organization of similar training activities by IAPS aimed at European public. Therefore the long term effects concern the European level.
