Main target was to further strengthen the network of European and international contacts of IAPS for the exchange of educational opportunities as well and the development of European partnerships that will promote its practices in the context of group adult learning activities. In this context, the Institute attended two organized by the adult learning organization InDialogue. The seminars have to do with: a) mediation in conflicts & b) managing teams and ensuring workable decisions by them. The seminars were inspired by the narrative logic which is the immediate interests of IAPS. The two participants are professionals in the field of mental health & adult learning. They have participated as trainers or supervisors of the training activities of IAPs. There is a priority to teachers of the Program "Popular School Psychology", whose development has demonstrated the importance of integration of new management practices of educational groups and the use of pedagogical practices that promote collective action. EVALUATION With the completion of the seminar, participants wrote a quality report evaluating the improvement of advisory, training and business capabilities, and improvement of use of their foreign language skills. Meetings were held with other members of the IAPS in order to integrate the new knowledges in its planning and in order to evaluate their effectiveness in their application. The evaluation meetings included an assessment of the quality of learning outcomes of the mobility activities for the adult students, planning & evaluation of support measures (reflection meetings, process of questionnaires processed, further training) .There were made evaluation discussion in Meetings of Narrative Practice with other European narrative trainers for the final assessment of the results, their dissemination and further planning. There were be evaluation questionnaires filled by the adult learners of IAPS & evaluation discussion in every final meeting of adult education groups. IMPACT The impact of the project had to do with the training of the participants in new methodologies that contributed to the improvement of the training activities that the IAPS had already taken or planning. The new knowledge became part of the seminars organized by the IAPS, in order to be disseminated to the students of IAPS. The new knowledges facilitated the work with the groups of the 'Popular School of Psychology”. The improvement of educational & training skills of staff helped prevent conflicts and cope with differences arising in the group process and ensure action commitments. The new practices strengthened the internal function of IAPS and contributed for the development of the organization as a useful business skill. These mobility actions constituted the starting point for the creation of partnerships at European level with a focus on innovative practices. The project enabled the strengthening of its European orientation of the IAPS, by creating a network of contacts for further exchange in training. It also contributed to the planning and organization of similar training activities by IAPS aimed at European public. Therefore the long term effects concern the European level.
