Safety Meat Production Training
Making meat production easier to swallow : Modules have been provided for the purpose of quality and safety training in the meat production industry, something which has hitherto been lacking. This is a response to health scares and also the need to bring accession countries into line with EU standards. This project started in 2003 and lasted 18 months.
