The general purpose is promotion formation and development new and existing networks of the transborder cooperation and strengthening cohesion local border regions determine lasting endogenic development. The direct purposes are:1. To create the platform of cooperation between Polish, Lithuanian and Russian service responsible for the safety and public order - The Voivodship Police Headquarters in Olsztyn and The Voivodship Police Headquarters in Bialystok., Police of Kaliningrad District FR and Police in Lithuania (Police Command in Alytus and Mariampol).2. Lifting skills and qualification of human resources by work meeting policemen - especially to prepare staff for the professional skills within drug crime, smuggling, corruption, commerce people, car crime, criminal prevention and knowing law aspects border partner in order to keeping international regional contacts and initiating new ones.3. Initiating common programs to prevent committing crime on the region when the project is initiated.
