Our project is a very big. We want to attract youngsters from the age of 15 till the age of 26. Mostly our actors are students. The most important goals are to flatter youngsters to their own home society to make their environment more and more better.Additionally they try to play the part of the local democracy! The participants are more and more involved to make decisions what are very related to youth people and their life. Also very important goal is to give the youngsters a very good training in one of these themes: public performance, teamwork or good leadership. The methods that are used in these 3 events are very known in the family of instructors, therefore these methods are informal methods and these methods will give participants a very high diligenze. The instructors are the top of their field, they are also very young and seems to me that they will be very popular. Two hundred young people will take part in this main block. Other block involve first instructors- team supervisors and very active youngsters-deciders. These there events will be in December and the place where we make this are in Tartu county and the city of Tartu. Also we have a lot of partners, who will help us to make this event very big and attractive.
