We live in the beautiful Rhodope Mountains. All love her very much. And appreciate. But many people - passive. Through this project we want to support the process of participation of civil society as an important player in local policies, to enable young people to show their creative energy for positive change in society.On the model of the European Youth Forum Association "Ecoworld Rhodopes" will be actively involved and committed young people from the Rhodopes on the topic Structured Dialogue and participation of youth in policy-making at local, regional, national and European level. Our main goal is to increase youth participation for professional and responsible participation in the representation of interests and ideas and defend them. This will improve the quality of participation of youth representatives in the planning and implementation of youth policies.In 2012 we implemented the project "Listen to young people" under the "Youth in Action" focusing Smolyan Municipality. The municipal plan for the youth of Smolyan Municipality is based including the Youth Vision 2020 Smolyan, developed and adopted by the young people from the municipality under the project "Listen to young people." It was adopted with great approval by the Municipal Council of Smolyan.We are young people from all municipalities to be strengthened to follow those of Smolyan.In 2015 the local elections of the mayors of the municipalities of Smolyan region have changed in the composition of municipal councils also includes new faces.With the implementation of the project will create an opportunity for meetings between young people from the community and those responsible for youth policy at the local level: mayors, municipal councilors from the municipalities of Devin, bathrooms, Ndelino and Zlatograd; regional level - Smolyan, Regional Inspectorate of Education, Bureau of Labor and other government structures at the district level; nationally - deputies. This will improve the quality and value of public strategies and youth policies will strengthen public trust and responsibility and will mostly relating involved young people for active actions. Participants will have the opportunity to debate on various topics. Experts and policy makers will be able to improve their awareness of the views and needs of young people. Young people, in turn, will better understand the dynamics of the processes of making decisions that have an impact on their lives.The project provides: Days of Dialogue - two-day meetings of young people responsible for youth policy: the municipalities of Zlatograd, bathrooms, Nedelino, Smolyan and Devin with 75 participants; Two three-day training on Bulgarian and European legislation on youth policies skill performance, protection and presentation of documents to institutions that are directly related to the youth policy of 65 young people and youth workers from the municipalities of Zlatograd, bathrooms, Nedelino and Devin; Session - debate on the problems of youth with disabilities of Smolyan Municipality with 30 participants; -Session debate with members of the student councils of Smolyan Municipality with 40 participants; Future conference in Smolyan with 60 representatives of all communities - young people and those responsible for youth policy at all levels - local, regional, national.Planned activities promoting active inclusion of young people and their relationships with policy makers to serve as a basis for discussion among all stakeholders for putting the strategy plan with concrete actions.The methodology of work during the project follows the highest achievements in the field of sociology and informal education. The project aims to develop competencies and skills to improve the quality of representation and protection of ideas to institutions responsible for youth policy. The methodology of conducting the project covers three levels that include discussions, reports, studies and analyzes, lectures, case studies, methods of signing the documents, group dynamics and more.The project will engage professionals in the field of public administration and non-formal education methods for practical learning, providing development of documentation is a summary of activities and repeated meetings in working groups responsible institutions
