Thanks to the professional mobility and everyday life in a European country, they are more confident in English.• To provide work opportunities thanks to their adaptation abilities. This very positive experience can make the difference with their future employers. With this mobility program, our students have a first European professional experience.• To consolidate our partnership with Norway and extend it to other partnerships in Europe.• To teach our students how to accept and adapt to a new culture: we work a lot with them on inter-culturalism in order to become European citizens.• To offer our trainees new development opportunities, thanks to various national and European certifications: Europass, Europro… Holding these certifications, they are more confident and they can improve the quality of their CV.• E.Doucet vocational school really wants to continue to invest in European mobility programs, because it helps the professional integration of our pupils a lot. Their European experience is a true mark of credibility and quality for the future employers and it could make a difference
