The Rural Areas Development and youth project (R.A.D.YO.) is aimed to increase awareness and knowledge and skills development about how to promote youth and community empowerment in rural areas, through a mobility of youth worker activity: the R.A.D.YO. International Seminar. IN this activity the parner organizations will share experiences, skills and best practies.The aims of this project are:• To Increase youth organizations and istitutions awarness about young citizens of rural contexts needs • To Increase youth leaders and youth workers skills and knowledge to make them promoter of youth and community empowerment in rural areas• To Promote a more attention of rural context istitutions about youth policy• Promoting youth empowerment in rural areas• Developing a network of organizations that work in rural areas• Promoting strong policy about youth in Europe• Buliding a strong network of local and international projects • To promote youth organization and youth center in rural areasThe project became from a network of organization which work in rural context from Italy, Spain, Serbia, Romania, Hungary, Greece and Poland. The international seminar will take place in Castelvetrano (Italy) from 08 November to 15 November 2016, with the participations of 25 youth workers, youth leaders and member of organizations. It will be used non formal education methodologies, fostering an exchange of good practies and experiences. The final goal will be the production of a network of projects and organizations aimed to get an empowerment of youth and of community in the rural context involved.
