Rubber knowledge - Development of innovative methods for a transfer of the knowledge about rubber manufacturing contents with the aim to enhance the competition power of the rubber manufacturing in EU
The aim of the project is to establish a partnership system for training in the rubber manufacturing industry. Target groups are trainers, internal course providers, work team leaders, employees. Expected results include a curriculum, methodology and guidelines for tutors. The innovative character consists in the new approach to transfer of already existing contents in the field of rubber manufacturing as a combination of learning methods and the principle of neurolinguistic programming techniques (NLP).
