The project entitled "Rozwój zawodowy poprzez udział w kulturze europejskiej" assumed that take part in it a group of 20 people from the Niepubliczne Technikum Wadowice and a group of 10 people from the Niepubliczne Technikum Andrychów. It was the young people who are educated in the competition techniques hairdressing services and logistics technician. Their contact with the profession at the time of joining the project was limited to vocational training for vocational subjects. The idea was that students had the possibility to go to the world, to see other operating techniques and knowledge and learn the latest methods of work. Now the world is developing rapidly and dynamically. Great emphasis in our facility is put on it by the young man he was not only well educated in theory but had a lot of experience in practice, familiarity cultural, and moral. Our project was directed to young people typing the same in their need to understand the world, discovering new cultures and experiences. Through the organization of a foreign internship wanted to point out the directions of the youth, they have to follow that they become competitive and desirable employees. Planned results was the acquisition by young people new experiences on the basis of professional, by combining their existing learning from leaving for training abroad. We wanted to share in the project, each of the students helped to develop essential interdisciplinary skills such as entrepreneurship and multilingualism. According to us as a school staff, these two skills are the leitmotif of this project, they are now very desirable and expected in young people as future employees, both in the hairdressing industry as well as in the logistics industry. Both categories of professions are thriving, so draw youth attention to this subject we thought was a very important point of the project. In addition, we believe participation in European culture, enriched competence in foreign languages. Internship contributed also to bear self-esteem and strengthened confidence in their own strength and ability of the participants. The benefits achieved from the project are visible not only for us as for the institution but also for the entire region in which we live. Youth uses already acquired the skills and knowledge employers, takes part in professional competitions at the international level. As a school we work with many local entrepreneurs with whom we are trying to exchange experiences, because we believe that the project has enriched the work even more.
