The mobility project "Die Entwicklung der Selbstständigkeit und Selbstsicherheit durch die Vertiefung von beruflichen Fähigkeiten im Ausland" is a initiative of the Zespół Szkół Nr. 4 im. Komisji Edukacji Narodowej in Olkusz. It is a try of the school to imply the school in the strategy Europa 2020. Students and graduates from 2015/2016 will be participants. They will be aged 16 to 20 from the 1st to the 4th class out of the technikum, learning technique for hotel business and building trade. We have planed 8 groups: School year 2015/2016: 1st The group includes 10 students (technique for hotel business). They will pass the internship from the 01.09.2015 to the 28.09.2015. 2nd This group consists of 6 students (building trade), who will make the internship from the 04.10.2015 until 31.10.2015. 3rd 10 students out of the technique for hotel business will execute the internship from the 04.01.2016 until the 31.01.2016. 4th The group involves 6 learners (building trade). It will be occur from the 03.05.2016 to the 30.05.2016. 5th This group consists of graduates in the hotel sector: 04.07.2016 - 31.07.2016. School year 2016/2017 6th 10 students with the branch hotel will stay in Germany from the 04.09.2016 to the 01.10.2016. 7th 10 students (hotel business) are planned for autumn/winter 2016. 8th This involves 6 students (building trade). Their mobility will take place in April/May 2017. The learners will stay in the companies for 27 days and 2 days journey. Participants from technique for hotel business will work in hotels that established a long time on the German service market. The students, learning building trade, will pass the internship in the company Siegmundsburger Haus Werraquelle and public organizations. They will wprk in buildings, belonging to the Siegmundsbruge Hasu Werraquelle, public schools in the area Eisenach and companies of interior fitting. They will do interior fitting and renovation. A qualified and professional mentoring is insured in every establishment. The project will be realized in a partner team, including the school and partner establishments in Germany. That are: the Siegmundsburger Haus Werraquelle GmbH (main partner of the project and representative for other partners), the Ringhotels Neustadt a. d. Orla, the Beckenhaus, the Hotel Marienturm, the Zur Kaiserpfalz, the Objekt-Innenausbau, the Hotel Stadt Neustadt, the Göbel's Vital the Hotel Bad Sachsa and the Hotel Rennsteig. We will use European instruments and documents in the project: the European Credit System for Vocational Education and Training ECVET, the Europass Mobility and the Europass Speakingpass (every participant) The graduates will also establish an Europass CV. Between the ZS nr 4 in Olkusz and the company Siegmundsburger Haus Werraquelle a Memorandum of Understanding were signed. The main target of the project is the increase of linguistic, professional and social competencies of the participants. The students should develop self assurance in doing professional activities and learn to work on the highest European level. Another aim is the improving of education methods in profession subjects, learning of foreign languages and methods for working in school. The project is a chance for the tutor, driving to Germany with the participants, to develop linguistic skills. The potential advantage of the project is the guaranty on the job market for qualified workers in the local and national economy. For the most significant branches tourism and building trade is involved in the development strategy of Kleinpolen “Kleinpolen 2020. Unbeschränkte Möglichkeiten”. The regional education offer will be bigger and the working quality will be increase. The project was prepared according to the priorities of the Erasmus+ program.
