Foreign plan of educational mobility and activities related to international cooperation was based on the diagnosis of deep recognized in European Development Plan of our school , suggestions, teachers and consultation with foreign partners for training programs and activities within the job shadowing. Plans for our facility on foreign educational mobility included: 1. The specific training in bilingual teaching methodology CLIL for 2 teachers of English organized in ADC Technology Training Ltd in London 2. English course for 8 teachers who are not philologists organized in ADC Technology Training Ltd in London 3. Observation of the foreign operation bilingual primary and secondary schools: Granada, Spain, organized by EUROPROYECTOS LEONARDO DA VINCI SL Organization of the tasks above was a response to the needs of the school as defined in the European Development Plan and realistically the contributed to improving the quality of the institution. With the participation of English teachers in specialized training in the field of bilingual teaching methodology they expanded the knowledge and acquired new skills in CLIL (Content and Language Intergrated Learning), and teachers who are not philologists improved language skills. Observation of foreign labor by our bilingual education teachers served to upsize methodological skills through observation of innovative teaching methods in practice and with the ability to exchange their views contributed to the improvement of skills in the evaluation of their work and the methods used. This expanded the educational offer classes in schools with CLIL, modification of the method of teaching programs using tools and a foreign language on a wider scale, which in turn helps to raise the level of foreign language proficiency among students of our school. Moreover, that actions opened up new opportunities to establish contacts with teachers from other countries, gain the knowledge necessary to prepare projects to the mobility of students. Providing students with permanent contact with a foreign language in other subjects, regular contact with native speakers, participation in projects and programs of international cooperation and exchange and to strengthen the methodological skills and language skills of the teachers helped to create the image of the school as a place where the acquisition of knowledge in a practical way, it became a ticket to a better life. Thanks to the work of observation in Spanish education system managers had the opportunity to get acquainted with the system of education, management and pedagogical supervision in bilingual schools, which allowed to improve processes in school, better manage staff and make better use of the Erasmus +. It was a chance to exchange experiences and good practices, as well as make new contacts. Also allowed the use of foreign current methodological publications, especially the available on-line. Gained experience and acquired competences of the participants of the project was reflected in the modification of the strategic plan of our facility, in order to maximize their use and streamlining school. Immediately after their returned from the training, participants specialized training in the field of bilingual teaching methodology CLIL developed a presentation on bilingual education. Participants of job shadowing activities while on foreign mobility observation logs conducted classes on the basis of which developed lesson plans using the knowledge acquired in the course of training and observing the work of foreign missions and lessons. At the end of the project were carried out 2 open classes with the use of the English language for teachers of the county, as well as a meeting for the students of the school in the framework of the "Europe Day", during which they were familiar with the culture of the United Kingdom and Spain. The purpose of this meeting was to make students aware of cultural differences and diverse mentality. It was created a final report of mobility, which in was included, among others, comparison of the solutions used in our facility and the methods and tools known during the observation of classes in foreign institutions. The strengths and weaknesses of each solution were showed.
