The professional training is not only developing their professional competence, but also contributes to their easy integration into society, adaptation, responsible approach to work, their gaining a status in society. The implementation of internships are planned in November 2015, when six students from the study field painter in Milan, Italy and 6 students from the study field confectioner in Budapest, Hungary pursue their 3-week internship. Each group is accompanied by one professional teacher and from each field will be selected students from the second school year. The aim of a professional experience abroad is to develope the professional knowledge, skills and habits acquired by pupils during their studies, which is necessary for a good performance of jobs in a given field of study. Students should be able to confirm the school acquired knowledge regarding: converting the paintings and coatings on various bases and structures, proper preparation of materials, how to properly select appropriate materials and technological processes. This stay abroad would contribute to the expansion of the during professional experience acquired knowledge and experience with new knowledge in the techniques as casting, sealing, smoothing, painting materials, preparation and tinting colors. From the students in the field of painter-decorator we expect a high quality of work in various construction companies, such as areas ready for repainting, painting, well-painted rooms. The aim of a professional experience abroad in the field of confectioner is to prepare students to deal with the various technical procedures in a professional confectionery production. Students should be able to confirm their knowledge acquired in their studies in basic sanitation needed when working with food handling and preparation of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products, packaging, storage and handling of finished products. Furthermore, students should have the opportunity to test technological methods of baking muffins and cookies, preparation of batting materials and products, fillings and toppings, preparing yeast dough, honey and puff pastry as well as decorating the confectionery products in the workshops of the confectionary company. From the students in the field of confectioner we expect as an output high quality prepared confectionery products. In addition to professional development the students gain new experience in different areas of life, such as travel and communication abroad. An important benefit is the familiarity with new culture, the mentality of another nation. Lessons learned in the field are later on presented by the pupils the the school`s educational system.
