Sending organization in this project is the Střední průmyslová škola Zlín, which carries the longest tradition of technical vocational education in the region. Currently offers education in four fields of studying - mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, technical lyceum and construction. We would like to convey foreign professional internship to students of mechanical engineering and electrical engineering. Students of engineering will travel to Budapest in autumn 2016, where we have already agreed cooperation with Pro Form, which deals with the production of packaging materials, and their production supplies the entire Czech market Nestlé. 10 students will travel for three weeks. The second group will consist of 10 students in field of electronics, which travels to Vienna to a railway company ÖBB - Technische Services GmbH. We approached this company deliberately, because many students in this study program after graduation is looking for a similar job in Czech České dráhy. We also have good experiences from cooperation with the companies in the Erasmus+ project 2015/2016.The aim of the project is scheduled to start organizing work placements abroad with a view to make them the best students attend the school, and the partner companies were connected with the labor market in the Czech Republic. We assume develop expertise studied field, especially in the core subjects. Deepening the key competencies required by employers. It would be too costly acquaintance with the modern technologies used by companies and the acquisition of school. Gain practical skills in the field they studied on real positions in the normal operation of the company. Improving language competence of students - communication, professional expression, vocabulary extension and solving common problems.Expected results are an increase in vocational and language level of pupils gaining practical experience and employability. Participation in the project is a great motivation to improve pupil attainment. With both partner companies already have concluded a cooperation agreement, so we are waiting for the actual implementation, both of us will also provide accommodation and meals in close to working place. In the long term we see the benefits of the project in increasing the prestige of the school and the associated increased interest of high school graduates studying technical disciplines in the project we see the foundation in building long-term contacts abroad organizations for internships in the future.
