The main aim of the project is to create an opportunity of cooperation between three institutions responsible for formal education of kids and youth from secondary school in Poland, Hungary and Lithuania. All of them are tackling big challenge: direct work with those who are minority in their countries or decided to move abroad to Poland to continue formal education. Beneficiaries are representing three groups:- teachers and educators;- pupils;- parents of pupils.Tangible, intelectual outputs of project activities will be:- guides for parents, teachers and pupils supporting process of adaption of pupils who decided to study abroad;- scenarios of classes and supporting didactic outputs concernign contemporary history, mathematic with elements of economy and entrepreneurship.The longterm output will be educational electronic platform collecting and sharing outputs for pupils and teachers, which has ambition to become most popular highest quality tool supporting polish schools and educational institutions abroad. Other important aims are: exchange of good practicies between teachers, creation of network between members of consortium, starting of international cooperation using exchange of pupils as a tool.
