"Publicity campaigns providing clear information on how to make cost-effective energy savings ??A¦ can be effective in changing perceptions and encouraging action" states the EC "Green Paper on Energy Efficiency".The "Road safety in action" project aims for three months to develop, test and carry out multidisciplinary road safety campaign, crossfertilized with the issues of alcohol and ecology. With the support of our Bulgarian and Belgium partners we will train 60 young Bulgarian volunteers to organize interesting campaigns for their local communities. In the framework of the project we ??nvisage the involvement of modern information and communciation technologies which will motivate no less than 1 200 young citizens to send their recommendations to politicians at state level. Furthermore we see more than 12 000 citizens to be sensitized indirectly by the project activities.
