The project idea was born from the idea to remember the causes that moved the war, the misunderstandings between neighboring peoples yet so divided and victims of misunderstanding and intolerance, in order to propose a parallel between the geopolitical realities of the time and that this to foster in young people a sense of belonging to Europe, and the world, even more than in their own country. Starting from the historical and artistic ideas of the period, the young people will take point from the emotions and lives of those who lived through the war, to face a process of participation and discussion of support systems to European citizenship and democracy, analyzing the causes and defining strategies for active involvement of young people in a process of "Europeanisation", as well as a world view, in the strongest possible terms. The goal of the project is to reform the possibilities of young people to participate in the democratic life of their social context, to create, delete, and propose new solid structures for the definition of policies, made ​​by young people, aimed at the integration, participation and understanding between verse fact, not only European, but also Italian. The project will have a duration of 8 months, starting from February 1, 2015, while the core activities will be a three-day national meeting, 24-26 May 2015, with a final day of dissemination than two months away from the main activity.
