The aim of project is the recovery of cultural tradition and developmetn of social activities in Czech Rep. - Slovak border region by strengthen the cooperation of parnter cities and by that application of the principles of UNESCO Achievements: The project was aimed at mutual understanding between citizens of twinned towns Banská Bystrica, Rožnov pod Radhoštěm Holešov in cultural and social events aimed at maintaining and restoring folk traditions. Among the events that have been incorporated into the project it belonged in the spring festival of spring habits "hes Morena hes".
