The contextThe project fits within the more general direction of digitalizing the institution and of the provided educational serviced, being complementary with the KA2 project already in implementation („Information and Communication Technologies for career counselling”), dedicated to the development of digital resources for career counselling for pupils. The objectivesThe purpose of the project is to develop the dgital skills of parental trainers and to facilitate the implementation of parental education programs using digital resources and onine communication. The objectives of the project are:1. the development of the digital skills and certification of acquired competencies;2. the development of an adult training methodology using the digital resources and handbook of good practices;3. the validation of the training methodology through at least 2 parental education trainings;4. training the staff not directly involved in the mobility to use the developed methodology. The participantsThe participants to the 12 training activities abroad are certified trainers, with experience and expertise in parental, directly involved in parental education activities, with direct attributions regarding parental in their job description, interested in personal development and long life learning, ready to integrate the digital resources in their parental education activities and to contribute to the digitalization of the institution. The main activitiesI. Preparatory: establishment of the management team and implementation team, the selection of the participants, the documents with the participants and training institutions, practical arrangements. II. Implementation: preparation of participants, learning activities abroad (Coping with Web 2.0 technology - a challenge for contemporary education; How to make your school more digital, Future Learning with iPads and Tablets, Technology Enhanced Learning); certification of the results; monitoring; individual reporting. III. Follow-up: multiplication of the results (training the other staff; parental training methodology using digital resources and guide of good practices; testing the methodology by implementing minimum 2 trainings; adapting the methodology; training the staff to use the methodology. IV. Dissemination: public events regarding the implementation of the project; dissemination within and outside the institution; dissemination through mass-media; dissemination through current activities; dissemination through graphic materials. V. Finalizing: Impact analysis; Actualization of the strategic development plan. VI. Reporting to ANPCDEFP: Intermediate reports; final reportVII. Specific activities: project management, monitoring and evaluation. The methodologyThe methodology is specific to management through results, with a rigorous planning of the activities and establishment of SMART objectives, constant monitoring of the results and actualization of the planning, establishment of an coherent set of qualitative and quantitative indicators to assess the achievement of project objectives at the planned quality standards for each activity of the project and continuous monitoring of achieving the projects goals. The impactThe impact on the participants: the development of the digital skills; the assimilation of relevant knowledge regarding tools and software to create digital content; the development of the abilities to integrate parental education training using digital resources. The impact on other staff: the development of digital skills and professional competencies regarding parental education training. The impact on the institution: the development of the institutional capacity to provide parental education trainings more adequate to the needs of the beneficiaries, mainly by using digital resources and online tools; institutional upgrade: the development and validation of a training methodology using digital tools and a good practice handbook in parental education. The impact on the target group: increased access of parents to quality training by using digital resources and online tools; increased attractiveness of the contents of the training by using digital resources and multimedia content. Potential long term benefits- increased quality of the parental education trainings by integrating the digital resources and the development of a new training methodology and new working procedures;- digitalization of the institution and the services provided to the beneficiaries.
