The context who permitted to this project "Exchanges’ Network, Interculturalism and Co-education" to take shape, is from a common will of territory’s actors to reflect and search sustainable solutions to new problems related to the Co- education. Facing new challenges, parents, teachers, officials from politic, social, cultural and economic life need to work towards a common vision in order to make success and personal fulfillment possible. The philosophy of Cities of Education can be an answer and all the actors of the project worked on the establishment of this Erasmus project whose targets are: create an educational ecosystem, consolidate learning language policies and common culture, enhance the skills of the various partners (students, parents, teachers, actors of economic, political and social life) for a successful co-education. The diversity of those partners (Town halls, schools, associations, academic departments) in this project is an important lever for the implementation of this educational ecosystem. This co-education wants to develop an educational alliance school-family-society to be a true City of Education. Therefore, an articulation between politics, research and pedagogues is essential. The target audiences are manifold: first the child and his family, but around them all spheres from school to firm. Through this approach the skills of all are covered and reinforced. Our project will have formation activities for all partners (actors of Education, local and regional authorities, associations like Entre'autres ..) so that everyone can receive at the same time most wide and accurate information concerning the evolution of children and their needs. There will be also intellectual productions that will fix the discussions underway and will establish observation tools transferable and reusable by all, in order to follow families in an innovating and useful way. Finally, events of communication around the project will show his progress and his interest. The methodology used to complete the project will be the respect of the schedule and the achievement of all production activities. Those will concern all the actors of all registered partners and this diversity of looks, skills, knowledge, abilities should make our productions became usable and transferable tools to broad target audiences. This cross-cutting vision of education is the most innovative aspect of our project: associating on different activities of production and formation, actors in a horizontally and vertically way in order to achieve the broadest view of our society and its development.We expect from this project that it improve communication between the different actors who work around the child in society. This collaboration and rewriting of social dialogue should have a direct impact on teachers’ working methods, the positioning of parents towards school and the success of their children, the fluidity of educational course of students and the facility to take care, in a common way, about children with special needs. All that work around children will only enhance their sense of belonging to a group and will make them actors of their own learning in order to make them become responsible citizens. The expected results will be at short-term, a restored dialogue between the various partners to move forward the same purpose: the success of all students. Improving professional and personal skills of all partners. A better understanding of roles and duties of each and links that unite us. The making of pedagogical and educational tools and their transfer. In the long term, we hope that all the committed work and collaboration will continue in the Cities of Education. These models can serve as observatories for coming studies or to enrich and complete the work begun.
