The main aim of our project, named: „Res, no verba – the deeds not the words constitutes the youth’s future”, is the improvement in the quality of our school work in three main areas that were demonstrated. Area I Using ICT by the specified subject teachers. During their classes – on order to elevate their teaching to a higher level and at the same time make it more attractive. Area II Raisng the language competence of particular subject teachers, so as to engage the stuff in realizing of international collaboration based on EU projects such as Erasnus + or e-Twinning. Area III Raisng the methodological competence of English language teachers – so that they could improve the effectiveness of language teaching, this field is crucial due to the fact that as a novelty in Polish educational system, beginning in the year 2015 Primary school students finish this level of education with English language exam for the very first time. Within the two-year project of Erasmus + K1 action, we have planned twelve foreign country mobilities as well as our teachers’ trips to the courses organized by English Matters: 1. English language courses for teachers. 2. ICT for Teaching Courses. 3. English and methodology courses. Competences gained by the teachers during the courses, acquired information, skills and experience will allow as to reach the goals of the project and will bear fruit in consequence the informational and communicational technology will be widely used during all kinds of school classes. The technology and the latest informatics solutions will be implemented in practice. Teachers will have a chance to modernize their ways of teaching, verify activities and methods used. The number of school’s internal professional trainings will increase due to the international exchange and collaboration of teachers. This will also lead to the enrichment of the school’s offer, using of English written or spoken, open educational resources by the teachers. Introducing the good practices and modern activating methods during English classes. The methods that are considered more effective and up to date. School curriculums will be modernized and teachers will be occupied with pedagogical innovations aiming at English language and IT. There’s no doubt that it will positively influence the results of the final English language exam for our primary school graduates. Long term results are predicted as the activities will have in their scope not only the courses participants and students but also the rest of the pedagogical stuff members and the local society. This is a totally new challenge for all of as that we willingly want to accept as we perceive it as a chance to develop and modernize our institution. The school might then have a chance to bee seen in the local community as school that is modern and open to European cooperation that correlates with actual needs concerning the educational system.
