The attractiveness of both regions is provided by their unique nature of flora and fauna and also by their living cultural traditions. On one hand, the aim of the project was to organize high-level events to increase the number of visitors to the region and to increase the utilization of accommodations. On the other hand the project partners intended to promote the culture of the two regions and to deepen the relationship between people living on both sides of the border. In the frame of the project various festivals, sport activities and joint events have been organized thereby strengthening the integration of people living in the border area.
