Our school is nowadays very well equipped, teaching and practice provides students education using the latest technology and the utmost comfort.The contemporary world requires that people can react in any situation, that`s why most of the companies or organizations during the searching of the new staff choose those, who have not only knowledge of technical subjects and foreign languages, but are ready to solve problems, not afraid of obstacles, and know, how to react to events in every life situation. We are aware that in any way we develop and improve our school, and prepare students for a comfortable study, the real life outside the classroom they can not learn. The main objective of the project is therefore to experience work in real organizations and companies where they do not get help from parents and teachers, and where they must rely on their own knowledge and communication skills.The first attempt was this year's work placement of 31 students in Hungary and Italy within the Erasmus + program, which highly fulfilled our expectations. Participating students have returned with a huge amount of new experience, with advanced linguistic competences, and enthusiasm and openness to their future careers within their field of study, against which at present they show a huge respect.In this project will 32 students of Secondary vocational school in Snina travel for three weeks to Hungary or Italy:- 7 students of the field of study 6445 H Cook to Hungary (Danubius Hotels Nyrt.)- 7 students of the field of study 6421 L Public catering to Hungary (Danubius Hotels Nyrt.)- 4 students of the field of study 6317 M Business Academy to Hungary (Neckermann)- 4 students of post-secondary study of the field of study 6332 Q Tax services to Hungary (Neckermann)- 10 students of the field of study 2487 H 01 Car repairman to Italy (Fassina Group).The main objectives of the project include:Cook and Public catering - extension of theoretical and practical knowledge and skills of international cuisine of Hungary or Italy, specialization - barman, operation of catering services.Business academy - focusing on tourism - expand of professional knowledge of tourism abroad - organization, communication, social intercourse, professional language skills, animation services.Tax services - expansion of professional knowledge in working positions in hotel comapnies and travel agencies, tourist information offices, institutions providing financial services, in the sphere of insurance and in different types of businesses.Car repairman - extend the basic technical terminology for engineering and other metal processing production, meet modern machine components and mechanisms used in engineering, be familiar with the use of tools and service equipment in a foreign country.International mobility leads students to independent thinking, analyzing problems, finding solutions and also teach students not only to analyze and process, but offer new solutions that result not only of the needs of the school as well as the employers in the region.The aim is to create a modern way of learning, to stimulate the interest of students in learning, and grow their relationship to lifelong learning, understanding of the curriculum, and the whole permanent develop of their skills and personality, and the development of communication with teachers and solving problems.We believe, that the experience of mobility abroad for individuals - the student will be a benefit for him, easier to employ in the labor market of any region, and even become potential employers for the next younger group.In the near region there aren`t foreign employers, but there are several hotels and accommodation facilities which attends foreign clientele. Therefore, the provision of services by people who are linguistically and professionally prepared is a for graduates an advantage on the labor market. At the same time, such training opens labor market for graduates throughout the Slovak Republic and abroad.
