The objective of the project is the rehabilitation, the modernization and the endowment of the Cultural Centre from Siret and Changing it in a Cross border Cultural Centre. Expected Results: The modernization of the cultural centre with adequate furniture and technology design to organize festivals. The organization four cross border festivals and four cross border sportive competitions every year.
