"REGIONAL PUZZLE" was an youth exchange project in the frame of KA1 of the Erasmus+ Programme. The main objective of the project was to build an European identity among youth that will based on their regional experience. During nine active days young people aged 13 – 16, from three neighbouring countries that are geographically close but still unknown to each other, have discovered their regions and seek common features of their cultures. Through an imaginary train journey they have gotten know different aspects of regionalism, such as: language, culture, legends and myths, regional products, art and political autonomy. They reflected on these aspects in confrontation of present challenges. Reference to all that activities was Europe as a cultural homeland of all participants, especially in the context of the multiculturalism, understood as an advantage. At the end of the exchange participants have prepared tickets to Europe, through which they had tried to encourage young people to seek for the Europe in their regions and cultures. The project took place in 8th – 16th of April 2016 in Poronin with participation of 37 young people with their leaders. All activities were organized by using non-formal education methods.
