Regional cuisine is just the ingredient : Quality local food increases tourism and improves profitability in the hospitality sector by creating jobs and supporting agriculture. The project meets regional needs by providing modern training materials using commercial quantities and equipment. This project started in 2003 and lasted 36 months.
