“REFLECTIVE PRACTICES” FOR PRACTITIONERS IN LIFELONG VOCATIONAL GUIDANCE CONTEXTS
Reflect-Or tends to 1. the practical implementation of a Participative Appreciative Action Research (PAAR) methodology in two LLVG centres in Rome 2. the diffusion and valorisation of such implementation in different contexts: in Bulgaria at the policy decision-making level; in the UK in already developed LLVG contexts; in other Italian situations (VET and LLVG in two Regions). The results will be diffused through ad hoc events and through a Virtual Community of Practice involving LLVG practitioners and decision-makers in Italy, Bulgaria, the UK and all over Europe.
