This project aims to the mobility of a group of teachers from a school with heterogeneous students in a context of social inequalities that seeks to turn it into a bilingual school reducing dropout rates and contributing to the objectives of Europe 2020. This group of teachers (10), trained, motivated and experienced will attend structured courses in Ireland and The United Kingdom to improve their competence in the English language. One of them will take part in an international congress in Iceland, the meeting place for physical education european teachers and international educational researchers. It will be the setting to establish contacts with other European schools for future student exchanges and contribute to increase knowledge on teaching physical education in English. In addition, a period of job shadowing in Denmark with the institution Nordborg slots Efterskole as a participating partner is the approach to good practices that have been implemented in Denmark for the promotion of European schools, in particular, its curriculum focused on Science, Arts and Sports (Extreme). This project will be developed by using new technologies and the eTwinning platform. The expected outcomes include the implementation of a curricular approach to school success and bilingualism in all areas. It is expected to increase student attendance to class and participate in school activities fostering a sense of belonging to it and reducing early drop outs. In the long term, students will become responsible and involved with the school and address the need to learn a second language and maintain links with other European countries. This will have an impact on future societies determined by the way of thinking of its members.
