With organizing “Rediscovering our ways“ , we want to help youth from different countries understand cultural diversity at both the national and international levels, develop inter-cultural learning skills and participate in the project of the cultural heritage of their own and other societies and the world around them. Youth should be informed of cultural differences in their own societies and be given opportunities to learn about different cultures as well as tolerance and mutual respect for culture and religious diversity. The influence of city culture changing folk culture. During the project ROW, the participants will search for common denominators in their history and culture and they will try to express their results in an artistic way. This will provide the youngsters deep inter-cultural understanding; and real mutual inter-cultural experience will substitute stereotypes about other countries. Participants will take part of different workshops and activities such as folk dance, folk songs, f airy-tale telling, mosaic making, sustainable life-style and recycling, national evenings and will have the chance to discover similarities and differences in their backgrounds and cultures.Venue: Rustavi, Georgia.
