The project intends to create dialogue among young people about developing strategies and methods to facilitate the inclusion of youth with fewer opportunities in international exchanges. Furthermore, the project attempts to empower and train youth leaders and workers to develop international youth exchanges that raise awareness around diversity. The implementing organisation YEU is specialised in promoting peace, understanding, and cooperation among young people through international youth exchanges and training courses. They plan on reaching their objective through partner meetings, and a seminar covering the topic entitled “Youth Participation, How inclusive we are.” The project entails a training course aimed at providing youth leaders and workers with the necessary skills to implement youth exchanges, as well as an information day on the Youth in Action Programme in each country involved with the organisation. The project closes with an evaluation meeting.
