Audentes is moving towards new international directions and goals and wants to inspire its employees with the same enthusiasm. We are developing secondary school IB curriculum in English are moving more and more towards the exploratory approach to teaching. The project supports teacher training in the best possible way - to create teachers the opportunity to improve their language and communication skills in English-speaking environment and thereby contribute to the building of intercultural competence, for finding partner schools for the eTwinning or as twin-schools; also to find, acquire, create and develop new and innovative teaching methods to improve teaching and resources now and in the future. Mobility projects involve a total of 14 teachers and board members. All participants have a university degree and meet the qualification requirements for teaching staff. At the same time all of them have high motivation to learn and feel the need for constant self-improvement . Many of them also have previous participation experience in international trainings. During the project, the preparatory training will be organized, also intensive language courses, if necessary. Through these mobility programs: schools Head Teacher will develop linguistic and cultural capabilities to run professional educational establishment with Estonian national and English(IB) curriculum; IB Study Coordinator and Manager of Extracurricular Activities acquire novel approaches to cross-curricular teaching and acquire basic training for CAS Coordinators (extracurricular activities manager); Science Teachers can complement their exploratory teaching methods, skills for environmental education and teaching science; English Teachers participate in group training and courses on an individual basis to familiarize themselves with the language innovations, cultural aspects, and to gain international contacts for better implementing of students language practice; Music Teacher can have an opportunity to learn new methods for teaching in international classroom, gain ideas and inspiration; and E-gymnasium Coordinator participates in the training for human resources managers in order to gain knowledge through different examples of organizations, management bases for international communication and cooperation. Finally, at the end of the project, there will be carried out in-house training and to share the lessons learned with regional meetings of subjects. The entire project will be coordinated and monitored by the academic leader(Head Teacher) who will get full support by the school's Manager of Extracurricular Activities, Personnel Specialist and Head of Marketing and Communications. Project participants are responsible for all documentation, preparation and a feedback, but are supported, if necessary, throughout the project period by the mentioned team. As a result of these mobilities Audentes teachers are adaptable in the 21st century's changing educational environment - it is an educational center providing international education that have partners in several European countries, teachers are willing to work in multicultural classroom, their language skills are sufficient for this purpose, teachers implement new teaching methods and create materials in their daily work, cross-curricular methods are used in relation to teaching and teachers' improved co-operation skills. Inspired teachers are able to motivate the students to perform better, and thereby improving the competitiveness of students for further studies at home and abroad. In the long run, the entire school community will benefit, as the students, their parents and the community.
