Nowadays school education not only provides academic knowledge, it should make the young people get ready for life under the competitive circumstancies. It is common that the young people give up school because of lack of motivation. They do not see clear future prospects. The object of the school policy is to give the students wider knowledge in order to enhance their capability in nowadays common market, so that they are not only successful employees, but employers, as well. Competence-based curriculum is a paradigm shift in education that is determined by today's dynamic and changing world. For a student to be able to think creatively and to express attitudes, addressing the changing real life situations, with the knowledge and skill are not enough. The base for new teaching and learning culture, as well as competence development s the change the relationships between students and teachers that turns into cooperation pedagogy. Teacher's new role is based on the ability to motivate both students and often their parents not to get tired in the hectic rhythm of life, evaluate the huge flow of information, find themselves, evolve with the time, not to stop, because only life-long learning makes people be realistic and ready for the demands of work market.The main object of the project is the improvement of pedagogical competences, which in the framework of educational process would improve further creative and entrepreneurship skills development among the secondary level students. Only educated, creative, self-esteemed teacher is able to give their knowledge and experience to their students, to ensure their students, to share their experience among their collegues and the others.The nowadays globalization process makes us get acquainted with the experience of other countries. The European dimension plays a great role, it allows both teachers and students to find out new, unknown horizons.During the project ,5 school teachers(teachers of science, languages, school leader) will improve their knowledge taking part in different workshops, developing international communication skills, sharing the good praxis. The teachers will be able to work in an international team using a foreign language. It will improve the better understanding of European, democratic attitude towards the European Union and widen knowledge about the EU countries, their traditions, culture, innovations-not only in the field of creativity and development of entrepreneurship skills, but the comparison of educational systems in general.The experience gained during the international mobilities will be transformed into teaching materials, shared among other colleagues in the school and the community , among students parents. There will be introduced new pedagogical approaches, teaching technics, as a result, the educational process will become more attractive and in the future it will reduce the number of early school leaving students. It will succeed in developing of self-esteemed, creative people who are ready to compete in the future common market.In future the school as a provider of educational services will be able to make new teaching programmes based on developing of entrepreneurship skills and so attract more students willing attend our school.
