From the Federación de Centros Juveniles Don Bosco de Castilla y León perspective we appreciate that our current economic situation is affecting specially the youngsters and above all those ones who doesn?t have enough resources, to them participation in European democratic life. But apart from that there are other circumstances that have also influence like: the need of improve the young people's capacity for innovation and encourage independent work, how difficult the people in risk of exclusion finds accessing to the new technologies, the knowledge of different languages? The main goal is to improve the Structured dialogue meetings about youth entrepreneurship. and active participation, working with about 145 young people from 13 to 30 years old, and also with experts on the subjects and public authority representatives. The activities we are going to develop will be: Preparatory meetings (Zero stage) September 2014 Online survey (First stage) From October to December, 2014 Two Structured dialogue meetings (Second stage) Januaty 2015 Participation and youth entrepreneurship forum (Third stage) March 2015. Final report with all the conclusions and results (Fourth stage) From April to June 2015. The methods we will use are based in non-formal education, flexible, creative and adapted to the participants needs. We could define it as participative, interesting, open and realistic. The impact we want to achieve, is firstly, that the political responsible for young people get more involved in developing Structured dialogue including interests and needs of young people in youth policies. And secondly, we want to strengthen the connection and dialogue between young people, youth agents and youth political representatives about active participation and youth entrepreneurship.
