In QWinII project WinNova's students from different fields are practising for weeks abroad. Host organisations are from Lithuania, Belgium, Italy, Hungary, Denmark, Slovenia, France and Czech republic. In project we are using ECVET documents Memorandum of Understanding and Learning Agreement and Europass CV and Europass Mobility. We are planning aims of the period for every student in cooperation with host partners. We describe the aims as knowledge, skills and competence and we are using ECVET points. We notice also learning reached during preparation and non-formal learning. Teachers' exchange periods are one week periods. The host organisations are the same as in students' mobility. Teachers are supporting students during their first week and they have also their own aims. They are working in host school or in company which is cooperating with host school. They are working in tasks of their own field. Teachers who are going to job-shadowing period are getting to know the host organisation and especially international action. During their job-shadowing period they are discussing and planning with host partner about possibities of cooperation in the future. They are also giving information about Finland, our region, our organisation and our international action.
