The Center for Inclusive- and Special-Need-Education has in the last few years already participated or even initiated two EU-projects. With this new project the institution wants to contribute, that the aims of the School Development and also the School Quality Management are supported and achieved. Two collegues participate in this project, both are teachers for special needs and work als speech therapists in different schools in Graz. Intended is a stay in England and Slovenia, where in cooperation with partner institutions "job-shadowing" is planned. During this stay new experiences concerning inclusion and speech-therapy will be attained, and with the help of a language-course language-skills will be elaborated. Our school expects with the help of this project a long-term affect on pedagogical strategies across the borders, more sensibility regarding other cultures and a deepened understanding for social, linguistic and cultural diversity. Moreover the project can contribute the build or expand a net-work for exchanging of experiences in the relevant fields.
