Core of the project is a trainee exchange programme, based on a three-week overseas stay in the regions of Göteborg, Sweden, and Feldkirch, Austria. The aim for companies and their trainees is to widen their professional, social and personal skills. Trainees will get to know new work techniques, materials, logistic and planning structures. The project will also allow trainees to live and work autonomously in an English-speaking environment, as well as deepen their understanding and tolerance of other cultures. Furthermore, they will gain confidence in their own training and their ability to work and apply for work in other countries.8 students from the technical and industrial sector will be accommodated in host families - 4 in 2017, 4in 2018. There will be one trainee per partner company. Project start is september 2016, project end is end of septembre 2018.
