"To teach is to touch a life forever" is commons saying that inspires us and since "pumping up" competence of our teacher staff is our goal we chose the title for project according to this outcome. After several questionnaires given to our teacher and lecturers about their knowledge, skills and competences we could see they feel a need for more effective 1) teaching, 2) leading and 3) counseling skills in interaction with their students. Also our teachers are eager to learn good practices and develop new skills in ITC field, which becomes more and more important for personal and professional development for their students.
