The aim of the project ‘Future without borders. Efficient at work - the foreign proffessional intership for hearing impaired students of Special Institution for the Deaf and People with Hearing Disorders, is to improve key skills and competences that are essential in the European labor market. It also allows to break the barriers that are connected with disabilities of our students. In order to fulfill the project objectives, we respect the improvement of vocational education as well as the quality of our school ‘s policy. Our students, gaining vocational and linguistic competences confirmed by the certificate, may have an opportunity of sharing acquired knowledge and experience both in local area and nationwide. The project is aimed at the students of the first, second and third year of the Technical High School No 9 in Kielce, who study at Special Institution for the Deaf and People with Hearing Disorders. Vitalis Gmbh in Schkeuditz near Leipsig, Germany, is a partner in this project. The company has had over 18 years of experience in the field of vocational training and implementation of mobility projects. Its operation has found favour with the European Commission in the category Best Apprenticeship.Two groups for ten students together with two teachers will go for a placement to Germany: I group from June 2017 to the July 2017, II group from Jun 2018 to the July 2018. While the process of recruitment we respect the principle of equal treatment of both sexes and opportunities. Before the training trip our students receive logistic and organizational support and they will be prepared in the cultural, linguistic and pedagogical fields. They will have been trained in German factories for four weeks. These apprenticeships will be coherent with our school’s policy and curriculum/the agreement of intership, program ECVET. The programme of the placement will be compatible with the needs of both Polish and German employers and will be worked out with a Partner. Participants of the project in their spare time they get to know the culture, history and traditions of Germany by participating in excursions to Leipzig, Halle, Berlin and Dresden. Participation in international internship will improve participants' language competence and the development of entrepreneurial attitudes and mobile. Implementation of the project will give a chance to increase the employment of people with disabilities at national and European labor market. Participation in the project will allow students to professional environment, organization and culture of work in another country. Polish employers hiring our graduates will be able to count on bringing their companies to modern techniques and technology. Obtaining the Europass - Mobility in Polish and German by the project participants will provide recognition of qualifications and skills in all European Union countries and facilitate access to employers. Europass CV and Certified with seniority acquired by the system (An additional advantage will be a certificate together with an ECVET vocational training assessment ECVET would be an advantage).The final product of the project will:1) student's porfolio (KIO, Europass CV, Europass Mobility, photo, certificate, culinary books, german dictionaries), 2) the materials to disseminate the proportion of people with disabilities in the personal and professional life,3) methodological workshops for disabled youth education centers in the catering industry competition.4) The Day of German Culture
