The main aim of the project is best merit professional preparation of participants, development of practical skills which are helpful for future career, increase of professional mobility of students of Radom Technical School and gaining new professional experience by teachers. There will be 4 weeks of vocational trainings for 40 students of Radom Technical School within the project. The project is aimed for 3rd grade students of mechatronics and electrical fields. International vocational trainings will be organized in a school year 2015/16 for the group of 20 students and in the year 2016/17 for another group of 20 students. The students will have an unique opportunity to take part in an internship, organized by Vitalis Betreuungsgesellschaft für Modellprojekte mbH, the company specializing in preparing internships for students of technical schools and courses for teachers in professional and general education. The vocational trainings allow students to enrich their professional, cultural and language competences. What is more, after the voactional trainings the students will be better prepared for the exams which prove their professional skills needed on a labour market. Influence on an organization applying for the project (Radom Technical School): - enrichment both personal and professional development of project participants - all gained experience will be helpful in creating future projects and finding new partners for mutual cooperation. All the potential employers will be able to find well qualified employees among the project participants – students who will gain new professional experience.
