The Secondary School Penyagolosa is a public education center with program of Plurilingualism and Bilingualism in the valencian city of Castellon de la Plana with levels of Secondary Education, Bachelors of Science-Technology and Humanities-Social Science and Basic training courses of electricity and electronics giving training to 624 students and 74 employees.It is considered a center with international character, European, open and pluralistic that welcomes students from more of 24 nationalities and realise significant resources to mediation and school integration. Participate and European Olimpidas EUSO (Gold Medal in Potsdam 2007) and coordinated the Commenius of 7 countries "Add Health to Life" in 2011 and 2012.The strategic lines designed in the PEC and in the European Development Plan revolve around the internationalization of the Center and increasing the quality of their teaching. The objectives of the project are structured around the Center requeriments developing: the European dimension, improve the skills of teachers, using innovative methodologies and tools (too in Mediation and Integration) in order to cause variations in curriculum management and organization of the Center.The aim is that teachers assume new contents, methodologies, tools and digital resources in the area of technology and computing, Human studies (History, Art, Religión and Literature), and mediation and school integration. The project is developed in 5 phases. From an initial phase of Center needs analysis, clarification of objectives, choice of courses and teachers who can participate in the programm, to a second phase in which 4 teachers from 4 different departments in the areas of Computer Science and Technology, Human studies (History, Religion, Art and Literature) and Mediation and Integration Issues should make 4 different “training courses” previously chosen common ground to English. It is intended that their training in issues specific to each course, with cooperative and methodology CLIL and immersion in English language, and European cultures as effective as possible.Participants have a teaching experience a superior six years, have a place in the center, have made training in the past two years on these issues, they have shown their commitment to their participation in projects such as the European Language Portfolio (PEL) or coordinate Erasmus in 2011-2012. Everyone possesses the necessary language skills and have updated their daily training courses Etwinning (MOOC), languages, digital tools or participating in the European Portfolio of Languages ​, Commenius 2011-2012 and actively in programms of School Mediation and Integration.A committee with a coordinator oversees this process. The mobilities must be made in individual journey and under surveillance of coordinator committee and the Secretary of the Centre and 3 teachers On his return begins the third phase of the project with the transfer of experience (knowledge, methods, skills, and attitudes) into three groups: the rest of the faculty of the department; students in the classroom; the rest of the educational community in activities of CEFIRE AMPAS anothers primary and Secondary or Professional schools or other organizations,With all this it was concluded that the project affects the whole school and education community but specifically to two groups at all levels of the ESO, Human and Social Bachelors, and two lines of computer and electronics Training. Our goal is that within five years from 2015 to 2020 the center has substantially changed the number of subjects in English, methodologies and vision of the teaching and learning of teachers and students, the use of digital tools, the mediation and integration, and the European dimension of the center, that is, vision students have of Europe and his participation in European projects.We know that the ambitious plan, which requires future projects, and rigorous sustainability and multiplier effect has been taken into account from the start, with teacher preparation until mobilities, and subsequent dissemination impact and evaluation.We pursue training people in a public school that offers quality European education at these present time, and all this needs the approval of this project.
