The project of European voluntary Service inside the C.E.S.P.A.´s foundation programs - Proyecto Hombre Asturias will be settled in the city of Gijón and associated centers in Asturias, where the volunteers will participate in an active way in the activities carried out by the organization, aiming to favour the social reintegration of people with drugs abuse and situations related this problem.The participant in this project is a young girl, 27 years old which profile is according to the selection criteria of the goals for this project, as well in accordance with principles of young European mobility of Erasmus + program.The work duties which she may will improve inside the organization have various nature according to the number of people who will participate and the methodology developed to implement the activities already said. As a remark, we are able to point out that her job inside the organization will have three aspects: individual work trough personal accompaniment of users of organization´s services. Group work, trough the development of activities and workshops for people whether inside or outside the host organization. And latter, community character activities to show the visibility inside the local and regional field the C.E.S.P.A. Foundation goals, also Erasmus + program initiatives. During the whole length of the project, included the activities and the previous step, a participative methodology will be improved, trying to integrate and reinforce all the parts implicated (host and sending organizations, the volunteer and people in charged of her inside C.E.S.PA. Foundation) in decisions taken and goals clarification process.The results expected are different depending on people and institutions which will participate in the activities; for the volunteer, the effective integration in the local area and the skills and knowledge acquisition in the C.E.S.P.A. foundation work field, as well as in social participation and assistance of people with less opportunities. For the users of the C.E.S.P.A. foundation services, improve their social reintegration with a therapeutic procedure emphasizing their personal and social development. for the host organization, increase an overview and global approaching to the situations, getting closer to other perspectives and social realities trough the communication and partnership work with the volunteer. Finally, as a results expected in the local level is to rise the awareness related to the people with drug addictions inside the local community and build an European vision around the C.E.S.P.A. foundation activities.About long-term benefits, with this project we try to increase the visibility of European voluntary Service and other initiatives inside Erasmus + program trough young population of Gijón and Asturias, to increase the youth mobility inside European Union.
